90°C — traditional heat
Targeted recovery and cellular repair using infrared technology. Private access for two only per visit — a personal, premium recovery experience.

Recovery access is available during staffed hours only.
Towels are required and provided for all recovery use.
Hygiene protocols must be followed at all times. Showering is required before sauna and ice bath use.
