HYROX

Engineered for Race-Day Performance.

HYROX is our signature conditioning session... as we are now known as the best Hyrox Gym in Australia.

A high-output, brick-style format designed to replicate the demands of HYROX racing. Expect sustained efforts at threshold, combining compromised running into all key race movements across the full system.

Every session is scalable, but the intent stays the same...
to build an engine that performs under pressure. Again and again.

CROSS ROX

Strength Meets Engine.

CROSS ROX blends the best of CrossFit style Olympic lifting, metabolic conditioning and HYROX-style performance training focusing on engine development.

This is where power, speed, and endurance collide. A dynamic session designed to develop explosive strength while maintaining output under fatigue.

REFORM

Strength, Length, Control.

REFORM is a refined and personal approach to Reformer Pilates.

Low-impact, high-control training designed to improve posture, stability, and muscular balance... all within a premium, restorative environment.

This is where strength meets precision, and recovery becomes part of performance.

RUN

RUN is our weekly long run.

A structured 10–15km Sunday session designed to build your aerobic base while connecting with the UNDEFEATED community.

Easy pace. Consistent output. Finished with electrolytes, coffee, and conversation.

FLOW

Recover with Intent..

FLOW is where training meets recovery.

A 35-minute guided stretch designed to release tension, improve mobility, and restore movement... followed by 10 minutes of breathwork to downregulate the nervous system and elevate HRV.

Because performance isn't just built in intensity...
it's refined in recovery.
